Upward Road Restaurant Project Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting

Projects subject to conditional rezoning must undergo a neighborhood compatibility meeting at which the developer and affected property owners and residents can participate in a discussion about the proposed rezoning.

The City of Hendersonville Community Development Department will hold a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting for the Upward Road Restaurant Project at the City Operations Center located at 305 Williams Street Hendersonville, NC.

The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a Conditional Zoning District from Dennis Terry (applicant) and NC Hendersonville Upward Road, LLC (Property Owners).  The applicants are requesting to rezone the subject property, PIN 9588-20-6649 and located on Upward Road, from PCD, Planned Commercial Development to CHMU CZD, Commercial Highway Mixed Use Conditional Zoning District for the construction of a 1150 square foot drive in restaurant on approximately 0.75 acres.   (File #P22-15-CZD)
