New, full-time employees shall be eligible for the hiring bonus program, up to $4,500 in one-time bonus pay.

Existing employees who refer or recruit a new full-time employee into an open position will be eligible for a recruitment one-time bonus in the amount of $500. To be eligible for a recruitment bonus the referring employee’s name must be submitted by the candidate. Once the candidate successfully completes the 6-month review, listed above, the referring employee will receive their $500 bonus.
