The City of Hendersonville is seeking to obtain qualifications for architectural/engineering services related to the following.

• Fleet Maintenance Facility (632 Sugarloaf Road)
• Master Planning, Programming, and Conceptual Design Efforts for Existing Fleet Maintenance and Other Nearby Facilities (Williams Street)
• 110 Williams Street Facility
• Site Concepts for New Vegetative Debris Site

The City intends to move forward with the following timeline:

• Release of RFQ:                                                October 22, 2025
• Deadline for Vendor Questions:                      November 6, 2025
• RFP Due Date:                                                   November 17, 2025 by 1PM EST
