The City of Hendersonville is pleased to offer multiple payment options for customers:

An Improved Customer Service Portal is provided to allow customers to pay and manage bills online. First-time users will be prompted to register and link to their customer account. All the information to get started is available on the customer's billing statement. If you were previously receiving E-bill notifications, you will need to re-enroll your account to receive your bills by email.

If your service is scheduled for disconnection all payments must be receipted no later than 5:00 p.m prior to disconnection. Online payments will be posted the following business day. Payments that are made after 5:00 p.m prior to disconnection may be subject to additional charges and disconnection.

The City Hall payment window has reopened. Please follow these guidelines if you choose to conduct business in person.

When visiting City Hall…

  • Do not enter the lobby if you are sick or have felt sick in the last 72 hours
  • No more than 5 people in the lobby at one time
  • Maintain 6 feet of distance from others
  • Follow the markings on the floor to distance yourself when waiting in line
  • Wearing a face covering is recommended
  • Wash your hands often or use hand sanitizer
  • Use ‘no contact’ options whenever possible (online payment / pay-by-phone)
