The City of Hendersonville has established a temporary payment plan for past due utilities impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Customers with delinquencies must apply for the temporary payment plan by September 30, 2020, to avoid late fees and disconnection of services. The payment plan will allow customers to pay past due balances over 12 months in addition to the current bill each month.
The City of Hendersonville is pleased to announce the New Improved Customer Portal. The portal will allow our customers new options to manage their own utility accounts. New options available to our customers include eBilling, automatic payments, update contact information, and view account history. To access the new portal, you will need to have available a current bill and locate the account and customer number on the top right of the bill. The new account and customer numbers have changed effective 6/1/2020. If you have any questions or need account information, please contact Customer Service at 828-697-3052.
If your service is scheduled for disconnection all payments must be receipted no later than 5:00 p.m prior to disconnection. Online payments will be posted the following business day. Payments that are made after 5:00 p.m prior to disconnection may be subject to additional charges and disconnection.
