The City of Hendersonville is pleased to offer multiple payment options for customers:
An Improved Customer Service Portal is provided to allow customers to pay and manage bills online. First-time users will be prompted to register and link to their customer account. All the information to get started is available on the customer's billing statement. If you were previously receiving E-bill notifications, you will need to re-enroll your account to receive your bills by email.
If your service is scheduled for disconnection all payments must be receipted no later than 5:00 p.m prior to disconnection. Online payments will be posted the following business day. Payments that are made after 5:00 p.m prior to disconnection may be subject to additional charges and disconnection.
In Person or Mailed Payments
Please use the drive-thru payment dropbox or mail payment instead of visiting City Hall.
