Welcome to the Customer Service Division!
The Customer Service Division is the revenue collection section of the Finance Department. It is responsible for handling payments related to city-provided utilities and all other sources of revenue collected by the City of Hendersonville.
The Customer Service Division strives to provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to all customers and city stakeholders. The division is responsible for maintaining effective revenue collection processes in line with State Law, City Ordinances and utility best practices. We complete this goal by providing multiple payment options (on-line and in person), enhancing outreach services and abilities, and by improving technical capabilities.
The Customer Service Division is located on the first and third floors of City Hall, 160 Sixth Avenue E, Hendersonville, NC 28792, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
**Effective October 1, 2019, the City of Hendersonville Customer Service Division hours are 9 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.**
