Hawkins Pointe Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting

Projects subject to conditional rezoning must undergo a neighborhood compatibility meeting at which the developer and affected property owners and residents can participate in a discussion about the proposed rezoning.

The City of Hendersonville Community Development Department will hold a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting for the Hawkins Pointe Project at the City Operations Center located at 305 Williams Street Hendersonville, NC.

The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a Conditional Zoning District from Clay Cooper of Woda Cooper Companies LLC.  The applicant is requesting to rezone the subject property, PINs  9568-48-9860, 9568-48-9996,9568-58-1916, 9568-58-2974, 9568-58-491, and 9568-58-3734 and located on Sixth Avenue and Florida Avenue, from MIC, Medical, Institutional, Cultural to UR CZD, Urban Residential Conditional Zoning District for the construction of a 60 unit, 63,360 square foot multi-family development on approximately 1.66 acres.
