White Pine Villas Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting

Friday, February 18, 2022

Projects subject to conditional rezoning must undergo a neighborhood compatibility meeting at which the developer and affected property owners and residents can participate in a discussion about the proposed rezoning.

The City of Hendersonville Community Development Department will hold a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting for the White Pine Villas Project at the City Operations Center located at 305 Williams Street Hendersonville, NC.

The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application to amend a previously approved Conditional Zoning District application from Stephen Drake of WDT Development, LLC.  The Hendersonville City Council voted to approve the original conditional zoning district at their April 2, 2020 meeting.  The amendment is for the construction of a four-story, 90,073 sq. ft. apartment building with 78 units on approximately 4.64 acres.  The subject property is identified as PIN’s 9670-70-6498, 9670-70-8697 and 9670-70-8864 and located at 2620 Chimney Rock Road..

A PDF of the concept plan is attached on the right side of the screen.
