Sustainability Plan Drop-in Day

The City of Hendersonville is excited to host a series of drop-in days as part of the Sustainability Strategic Plan development process at the Henderson County Library lobby at 301 N Washington St. in Hendersonville, NC. Free Parking is available in the library parking lot with access from 3rd Avenue W.

Participants can drop in on the following dates to meet City sustainability staff and provide their input on the future of Hendersonville. Laptops will also be provided for participants that want to take the survey in person which closes March 31, 2024. Drop-in dates:

• Thursday, February 8: 10am-12pm
• Monday, February 12: 1:30-3:30pm
• Thursday, February 29: 4:30-6:30pm
• Tuesday, March 19: 10am-12pm

The City of Hendersonville is working on creating its first Sustainability Strategic Plan, The plan aims to set measurable goals that integrate environmental, social, and economic values to reduce the overall impact on the environment while strengthening the community.
