The Osceola Lake Inn Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting

The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a Conditional Zoning District from BL Corp of NC and Fiona McColley and Osceola Lake Cottages, LLC to rezone approximately 4.87 acres at 159 Osceola Lake Road (PIN 9568-31-5964) and 106 Vance Street (PIN 9568-32-5201) from R-15 CZD and R-15 (Medium Density Residential) to UR-CZD (Urban Residential - Conditional Zoning District). The proposed development includes a hotel, restaurant, event center, and 26 residences.
As required, the project is subject to a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting (NCM) where the applicant, community members, and City staff can discuss the proposed development.
This Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting has been scheduled as follows:
Date: December 9th, 2025
Time: 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. (meeting will conclude after 1.5 hours)
Location: City Hall - 2nd Floor Conference Room
