Leo at Hendersonville Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting

Projects subject to conditional rezoning must undergo a neighborhood compatibility meeting at which the developer and affected property owners and residents can participate in a discussion about the proposed rezoning.
The City of Hendersonville Community Development Department will hold a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting on the Leo at Hendersonville Project at the City Operations Center located at 305 Williams Street Hendersonville, NC.
The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a Conditional Zoning District from Scott Weathers of Advenir, LLC., applicant, and Roberta H. Sedgwick of the John A. Hudgens, Jr. Family Ltd Partnership, property owner. The applicant is requesting to annex and rezone the subject property (PIN: 9588-15-5279) located at 1001 McMurray Rd, from Henderson County R2R and R-1, to City of Hendersonville PRD CZD (Planned Residential Development Conditional Zoning District) for the construction of a mix of 350 single family attached and single family detached dwellings on approximately 47 acres.
