Half Moon Heights Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting

The public is invited to participate in a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting for the proposed Half Moon Heights neighborhood. The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a conditional rezoning to rezone the property on Half Moon Trail (PIN 9680-00-1446) from PRD, Planned Residential Development to PRD, Planned Residential Development for the construction of a housing development containing 106 single-family homes on approx. 33.65 acres. 

The Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting is an opportunity for interested parties to meet with the developer to learn more and ask questions. The meeting will have both an in-person and virtual option. 

The in-person meeting option will be held in the Assembly Room at the City Operations Building (305 Williams St)
