The Reserve at Sunset Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting

The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a Conditional Zoning District from DRB Group South Carolina, LLC and Joseph & Laura Taylor and Gregory Albea to rezone approximately 21.32 acres at Old Sunset Road (PIN 9579-98-0375, 9579-98-3527, 9579-98-4115) from R-6 High Density Residential to PRD CZD (Planned Residential Development Conditional Zoning District). The proposed development includes 59 single-family dwelling units
As required, the project is subject to a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting (NCM) where the applicant, community members, and City staff can discuss the proposed development.
This Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting has been scheduled as follows:
Date: November 4, 2025
Time: 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. (meeting will conclude after 1.5 hours)
Location: City Hall - 2nd Floor Conference Room
Address: 160 6th Ave E
The meeting will focus on compatibility concerns only.
