The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a Conditional Zoning District from Neider Development to rezone approximately 2 acres at 0 Linda Vista Drive (PIN 9579-14-0913) from PCD-CZD to UR-CZD (Urban Residential - Conditional Zoning District). The proposed development includes a 46 unit 3 story apartment complex.

As required, the project is subject to a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting (NCM) where the applicant, community members, and City staff can discuss the proposed development.

This Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting has been scheduled as follows:

Date: December 10th, 2025
Time: 3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. (meeting will conclude after 1.5 hours)
Location: City Hall - 2nd Floor Conference Room

The meeting will focus on compatibility concerns only.
