Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. except holidays.

**Effective October 1, 2019, the City of Hendersonville Customer Service Division will be updating their hours to 9am – 5pm (Monday through Friday).**

The Customer Service Payment windows are located on the first floor of the City Hall. Customer parking is available in the parking lot behind City Hall at the corner of 6th Ave. and King Street. Free parking spots for customers are along the King Street edge of the parking lot.

Late Fees for Non-Payment

Customer accounts will be charged a fee if payment is not received by the bill due date. These fees may not be waived unless a technical or staff error produced a payment processing delay.

Interruption of Service for Non-Payment

Service may be discontinued if payment is not made by the date shown on the bottom portion of your billing statement. If service is disconnected, all past due charges, plus a reconnection fee, must be paid to restore service. Payment must be made by 5:00 p.m. to guarantee same-day restoration.

Returned Policy

Payments that are returned will be treated as unpaid on the account. This may cause an account to be eligible for immediate disconnection. A $25.00 return fee will be applied to the account. All account balances must be paid in full to restore service.
