Request for Proposal # 20211008001 for Electronic Payment Solution

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to obtain pricing for and to select a vendor to provide a dynamic, multi-functional Electronic Payment Processing Solution for the City of Hendersonville, NC.

The City expects to undertake the selection process according to the following schedule:

  • Release of RFQ:                                  November 22, 2021
  • Deadline for Vendor Questions:           November 25, 2021, by 5 PM EST
  • RFP Due Date:                                     December 6, 2021, by 2 PM EST
  • Anticipated Award Date:                       December 10, 2021
  • Effective Contract Date:                       January 1, 2022
