Request for Statement of Qualifications # 250197055001 for Engineering Services for COH Water System Resiliency Looping Projects

The City of Hendersonville is seeking to obtain qualifications for engineering services related to the following waterline looping project areas:

• 3,500 LF of 12-inch DIP along Brookside Camp Road
• 4,700 LF of 12-inch DIP along Rugby Drive
• 1,100 LF of 6-inch DIP along Mountain Road
• 8,600 LF of 12-inch DIP along Pace Road
• 20,000 LF of 12-inch DIP along Howard Gap Road
• 1,500 LF of 8-inch DIP along South Orchard Road

The City intends to move forward with the following timeline:

• Release of RFQ:                                                March 10, 2026
• Deadline for Vendor Questions:                      April 2, 2026
• RFP Due Date:                                                   April 10, 2026 by 1PM EST
