DETAILS: This is an annual recurring event with a predicted attendance of 200 people. This is a tribute to love ones lost with entertainment and guest speakers. The request is for the 500 block to be closed from 5-7pm. The street closure is to allow for reduced sound for this event but people will not be in the street.

PUBLIC WORKS:

Block off 500 Block of Main Street

No parking after 4:00 PM signs

Electricity at First Citizens Plaza (organizer is checking on electrical needs)

POLICE:

Assist with street closure.

Two officers requested on site.

No towing for this event.

FIRE:

Tent inspections

No Parking after 4 pm
