Join the City of Hendersonville for a talk on holistic tree health with Henderson County Extension Agent, Steve Pettis. This presentation will cover going beyond reactive measures for tree care to take a more proactive, holistic and sustainable approach. Participants will have the opportunity after the talk to ask their specific tree care questions with Steve.

Just like people, unhealthy trees are more susceptible to diseases and pests. Many of our common landscaping practices negatively affect trees. In this class Steve will talk about how we can improve overall plant health and increase plant lifespan. Tips on environmentally friendly landscaping will also be shared. You won’t want to miss this!
