Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting-Fleming Street Medical Office Building

Projects subject to conditional rezoning must undergo a neighborhood compatibility meeting at which the developer and affected property owners and residents can participate in a discussion about the proposed rezoning.

The City of Hendersonville Community Development Department will hold a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting on the Fleming Street Medical Office Building project on November 24th, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the Operations Center located at 305 Williams Street, Hendersonville NC.

The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a conditional rezoning from Carleton Collins Architecture.  The applicant is requesting to rezone the subject property, PINs 9569-60-1341 and 9569-60-1454 and located at  903 and 919 Fleming Street, from MIC, Medical, Institutional, Cultural and MIC-SU, Medical, Institutional, Cultural Special Use to MIC-CZD, Medical, Institutional, Cultural Conditional Zoning District for a three-story,  13,500 sq. ft. medical office building

In compliance with Governor Cooper’s Executive Orders and social distancing guidelines, in-person attendance of the public will be limited as spacing permits.

Participants are asked to give their name and address for the record and space is given to submit written public comment which will be provided to the developer. Pre-submitted comments should be entered before 11:00 a.m. on November 24th, 2020.
