Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting- Duncan Terrace Apartments

Projects subject to conditional rezoning must undergo a neighborhood compatibility meeting at which the developer and affected property owners and residents can participate in a discussion about the proposed rezoning.
The City of Hendersonville Community Development Department will hold a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting on the Duncan Terrace project on January 15th, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the City Council Chambers located at 160 Sixth Avenue E. Hendersonville, NC.
The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a conditional rezoning from Bobby Funk, Green Holdings LLC, and North Main Street Properties Of Hendersonville, LLC. The applicant is requesting to rezone the subject property, PIN 9569-95-7758, 9569-95-5941 and 9569-96-4013 and located on Duncan Hill Road, from R-20, Low-Density Residential District to PRD CZD, Planned Residential Development Conditional Zoning District for the construction of an 84-unit multi-family development.

In compliance with Governor Cooper’s Executive Orders and social distancing guidelines, in-person attendance of the public will be limited as spacing permits.
