To Be Rescheduled:Animal Services Advisory Committee - Special Call Meeting

At the request of the Mr. Peak, this hearing will be rescheduled and re-noticed to a later date. 

 

The City of Hendersonville Animal Services Advisory Committee will hold a Special Called Meeting on Monday, October 11, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. in the Police Training Room located at the new Police Headquarters 630 Ashe St. Hendersonville, NC.

The purpose of this meeting is to consider the following:

  1. 1. Conduct a quasi-judicial evidentiary hearing to consider the following dangerous dog appeal:

Michael Peak concerning the dog known as: Buckskin

In-person attendance by the public will be permitted; however, in compliance with recommendations by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, meeting attendees are asked to observe social distancing guidelines and to wear face coverings inside City facilities.

There will be no general citizen comment period for this meeting.
