City Council Notice of Special Call Meeting

The City of Hendersonville City Council will hold a SPECIAL CALLED MEETING on Monday, June 16, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. in the 2^nd Floor Meeting Room of City Hall, 160 6^th Avenue East, Hendersonville, NC. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss an Agreement between the City of Hendersonville and Henderson County or local legislation to include but not be limited to utility operations and land-use planning and to hold a Closed Session pursuant to NCGS § 143-318.11 (a) (3) to consult with an attorney employed or retained by the public body to preserve the attorney-client privilege between the attorney and the public body.
