Hendersonville Sustainability Strategic Plan & Public Input Meeting

The City of Hendersonville invites the community to provide input on the creation of Hendersonville’s first sustainability strategic plan. Community members can give feedback at the public input meeting or through a virtual survey.

“As Hendersonville continues to grow it is more important now than ever to align growth with sustainable practices,” said Hendersonville’s Sustainability Manager Caitlyn Gendusa. “We want to hear what is most important to our community as we develop a plan that will guide our City's policies and practices as it relates to sustainability."

Hendersonville’s sustainability plan will include municipal-related sustainability goals within the following focus areas: Energy, Transportation, Waste Management, Land Management, and Water.

Attend either of the drop-in public input sessions to provide your feedback!
