Schroader Honda Expansion Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting

Projects subject to conditional rezoning must undergo a neighborhood compatibility meeting at which the developer and affected property owners and residents can participate in a discussion about the proposed rezoning.

The City of Hendersonville Community Development Department will hold a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting for the Schroader Honda Expansion Project at the City Operations Center located at 305 Williams Street Hendersonville, NC.

The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a conditional rezoning from Casey Schroader of Schroader's Honda.  The applicant is requesting to rezone the subject property, PINs:9579-35-8920 and 9579-45-0833 and located at the 220 Mitchelle Drive, from C-3, Highway Business to C-3 CZD, Highway Business Conditional Zoning District in order to expand  Schroeder's Honda and construct a new showroom and office building on approximately 3.89  acres.
