Automatic Bank Draft

The City of Hendersonville Water & Sewer Department offers Automatic Bank Draft to its customers. This can only be set up by using the online portal. Please click on the view or pay my bill section to the left. 

A $25 fee will be charged for any return drafts due to incorrect information entered or insufficient funds. Please take your time and enter your information in correctly.  

**Customer Service hours:  9am – 5pm (Monday through Friday).**

Please note, you will continue to receive your bill each month, as before, to give you information concerning your consumption, as well as the bill amount. Once your banking information has been set up in our system a notation will appear on your next bill stating "AUTO DRAFT - YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE DRAFTED THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIMELY PAYMENT". Please continue paying your bill until you see this statement appear on your bill. Your bank account will be charged the "TOTAL AMOUNT DUE" on the "Due Date" that appears on your bill.
