109 Florence Street Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting

The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a Conditional Zoning District from Alsco Inc (Alan Sowers) and Grace Blue Ridge Church PCA Incorporated to rezone approximately 1.72 acres at 109 STE10 Florence Street (PIN 9578-21-5868) from C-2 CZD to C-2 CZD. The proposed development consists of an existing church and a storage facility and loading dock. 

As required, the project is subject to a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting (NCM) where the applicant, community members, and City staff can discuss the proposed development.

This Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting has been scheduled as follows:

Date: January 13th, 2025
Time: 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (meeting will conclude after 1.5 hours)
Location: City Hall - 2nd Floor Conference Room
Address: 160 6th Ave E

The meeting will focus on compatibility concerns only.
