1207 Kanuga Rd Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting
The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a Conditional Zoning District from Greg Grooms of Blue Pinnacle Homes, LLC to rezone approximately 0.81 acres at Kanuga Rd & Drake St (PIN 9568-61-2215) from R-15 Medium Density Residential to C-4 CZD (Neighborhood Commercial Conditional Zoning District). The proposed development includes conversion of former residence to homebuilding office with 3-4 employees and a future addition of 4 residential units.
As required, the project is subject to a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting (NCM) where the applicant, community members, and City staff can discuss the proposed development.
This Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting has been scheduled as follows:
Date: December 4, 2025
Time: 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. (meeting will conclude after 1.5 hours)
Location: City Hall - 2nd Floor Conference Room
Address: 160 6th Ave E
The meeting will focus on compatibility concerns only.
