Laurel Meadows Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting

The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a Conditional Zoning District from Woda Cooper and Samit Hospitality, Inc to rezone approximately 3.32 acres at 238 Mitchelle Dr (PINs 9579-45-0556 & 9579-45-2846) from C-3 to Urban Residential CZD. The proposed is for a multi-family residential development consisting of 77 total units (13 1BRs, 48 2BRs, and 16 3BRs). The applicant is proposing to utilize Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC)
As required, the project is subject to a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting (NCM) where the applicant, community members, and City staff can discuss the proposed development.
This Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting has been scheduled as follows:
Date: February 6, 2026
Time: 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. (meeting will conclude after 1.5 hours)
Location: City Hall - 2nd Floor Conference Room
Address: 160 6th Ave E
