Cornerstone Way CZD - Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting

The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a Conditional Zoning District from 2020 Builders LLC. on Daniel Yost Irrevocable Trust to rezone approximately 5.09 acres containing 12 parcels on Cornerstone Way from R-10, Medium Density Residential to PRD, Planned Residential Development Conditional Zoning District to allow for the 10 existing duplexes to be subdivided to create 20 townhome units with the addition of 2 additional newly-constructed townhome units on a vacant parcel. 

As required, the project is subject to a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting (NCM) where the applicant, community members, and City staff can discuss the proposed development.

This Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting has been scheduled as follows:

Time: 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. (meeting will conclude after 1.5 hours)
Location: City Hall - 2nd Floor Conference Room
Address: 160 6th Ave E

The meeting will focus on compatibility concerns only.
