SPECIAL CALLED MEETING

 

The City of Hendersonville Historic Preservation Commission Designation Sub-Committee will hold a special called meeting on Wednesday, August 5th, 2026 at 4:15 PM. The meeting will be a site visit to a potential historic landmark known as the Columbus Mills Pace House located at 813 5th Avenue W. The purpose of this meeting is to :

  1. Tour the home in preparation for the Historic Preservation Commission determining eligibility for landmark status.
  2. Consultation with the consultant who wrote the landmark nomination.

This meeting is open to the public.
