2026 Downtown Loft Tour Invites Public Inside Hendersonville’s Hidden Downtown Spaces

Discover what’s behind the doors of some of Hendersonville’s most intriguing downtown spaces during the 2026 Downtown Loft Tour, taking place Saturday, March 28 from 11am to 4pm.

Returning for the first time in ten years, the Downtown Loft Tour makes its long-awaited comeback in 2026. For one day only, you’ll have the rare opportunity to step inside a selection of beautifully restored and reimagined lofts and downtown residences that showcase the city’s growing spirit of creativity and preservation.

The Downtown Loft Tour is a collaborative fundraiser co-hosted by the Friends of Downtown Hendersonville and the Hendersonville Historic Preservation Commission. Participants may begin at any tour stop and explore at their own pace, with the full experience expected to take approximately one to two hours. Funds raised by the event support the promotion, preservation, and improvement of Historic Downtown Hendersonville.

Tickets are $35 and must be purchased online in advance, as attendance is limited. Due to the nature of the historic buildings, the tour includes walking and climbing multiple flights of stairs, which may present challenges for individuals with mobility limitations.
