Special Zoning Text Amendment Committee of Planning Board

This committee is made up of members of the Planning Board and will be focused on review and feedback on a newly proposed Downtown Design Overlay Zoning District. 

This meeting is taking place during the time slot usually devoted to the Current Planning Committee at 4pm in the City Operations Assembly Room.

Future meetings will take place on the 4th Tuesday of the month at 3pm as needed for the duration of the project.
