Government Offices Closed

Due to continued travel impacts from Winter Storm Fern, City Manager John Connet has announced City of Hendersonville government offices and facilities will be closed on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.  

Garbage, recycling, and brush collection for City of Hendersonville customers will NOT be taking place on Tuesday. Collection for Tuesday customers will be delayed by one week with collection resuming on Tuesday, February 3, 2026. Any extra bagged garbage for the impacted customers will be picked up on February 3rd.    

The City of Hendersonville remains under a State of Emergency which includes a dusk-to-dawn curfew to allow crews to work and keep the public safe.
