Join the City of Hendersonville’s Tree Board and Four Seasons Rotary Club for an Arbor Day celebrating tree planting and tree giveaway at Brooklyn Community Garden!

During the event, Tree Board members will share the importance of tree planting for preserving our environment followed by a Hendersonville City Council member who will proclaim April 24th as Tree City Day in Hendersonville. Afterwards, participants will help plant a Pawpaw Tree at the Brooklyn Community Garden and can even take home a free Paw paw, Elderberry, or Serviceberry tree (only for City residents). Folks are also welcome to tour the beautiful grounds of the Brooklyn Community Garden afterwards.
