Brooklyn Avenue Townhome Development Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting

Projects subject to conditional rezoning must undergo a neighborhood compatibility meeting at which the developer and affected property owners and residents can participate in a discussion about the proposed rezoning.

The City of Hendersonville Community Development Department will hold a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting on the Brooklyn Avenue Townhome Development Project at the City Operations Center located at 305 Williams Street Hendersonville, NC.

The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a conditional rezoning from Zachary Grogan of MPG Shelby LLC., applicant and Edgar Holbert, Eugene Holbert, John Holbert and Wanda Ponder, property owners.  The applicant is requesting to rezone the subject property, PINs 9578-43-7077, 9578-53-0013, and 9578-43-9238 and located on Brooklyn Ave, from R-15, Medium Density Residential to UR CZD, Urban Residential Conditional Zoning District for the construction of 70 townhome units on approximately 6.33 acres
