Aquahawk/ Water Alerts
AquaHawk Alerting is a free service for City water customers that offers information about your water usage and allows you more control over water expenses. By registering for an account you will be able to:
see how much water you're using
receive alerts when your usage indicates a leak
understand the current and projected cost for normal vs. unexpected water use
- set alert levels and receive notifications via telephone, e-mail, or text.
Leak Detection and Notification
After you register, AquaHawk Alerting will begin analyzing your water consumption. If your usage indicates unusual amounts of water usage -- indicating a possible water leak or other issue, you will receive a notification. AquaHawk allows you to specify an amount of water (gallons) or an estimated bill amount (dollars) that you don't want to exceed. If your water consumption or bill amount has exceeded or is projected to exceed the threshold value, AquaHawk will send you a notification. Such a notification can save you hundreds of dollars on your water bill, possibly prevent property damage, and help save our valuable resource. Please note: it is imperative that you keep your contact information up-to-date to receive these notifications.
