Waterleaf at Flat Rock Neighborhood Compatibility

Projects subject to conditional rezoning must undergo a neighborhood compatibility meeting at which the developer and affected property owners and residents can participate in a discussion about the proposed rezoning.

The City of Hendersonville Community Development Department will hold a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting on the Waterleaf at Flat Rock project at the City Operation Center located at 305 Williams Street Hendersonville, NC.

The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a conditional rezoning from Warren Sugg of Civil Design Concepts and Graycliff Capital Development, LLC.  The applicants are requesting to rezone the subject property, PIN 9588-11-9994 and located on S. Allen Road, from Henderson County OI, Office Institutional District to City of Hendersonville PRD CZD, Planned Residential Development Conditional Zoning District for the construction of a multi-family residential development containing 276 dwelling units on approximately 15.5 acres.
