137 & 139 E. Central Street Conditional Zoning District Use Amendment Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting

Projects subject to conditional rezoning must undergo a neighborhood compatibility meeting at which the developer and affected property owners and residents can participate in a discussion about the proposed rezoning.

The City of Hendersonville Community Development Department will hold a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting on the 137 & 139 E. Central Street Conditional Zoning District Use Amendment at the City Operations Center located at 305 Williams Street Hendersonville, NC.

The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a Conditional Zoning District Amendment from Billy Pace of William A Pace Jr. LLC.  The applicant is requesting to add Automotive paint and body work and all permitted uses in C-2 to the approved list of uses for the Conditional Zoning District at the subject property. The subject property is identified as PIN 9578249710 and is located at 137 and 139 E. Central Street. The Conditional Zoning District was established in 2020 and is identified as file number P20-10 CZD. The current zoning of the property is C-2 CZD, Secondary Business Conditional Zoning District. The Conditional Zoning District contains 2 commercial buildings on approximately 3.06 acres.
