The City has undergone a prequalification process and has determined eight (8) prequalified bidders eligible to bid on this project. Only these bidders listed herein will be permitted to submit bid proposals, and no bid from any entity other than those listed herein shall be considered. Bidders for this Project must be properly licensed in North Carolina at the time of bid and must at all times be in good standing and authorized to do business in the State of North Carolina.
