Palisades of Hendersonville Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting

Projects subject to conditional rezoning must undergo a neighborhood compatibility meeting at which the developer and affected property owners and residents can participate in a discussion about the proposed rezoning.
The City of Hendersonville Community Development Department will hold a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting on the Palisades of Hendersonville Project at the City Operations Center located at 305 Williams Street Hendersonville, NC.
The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a conditional rezoning from William Ratchford of Southwood Realty Company (applicant) and Hickory Realty Fund LLC, Green Holdings LLC and P T Green Family Limited Partnership (property owners). The applicant is requesting to rezone the subject property, PINs 9569858979, 9569865048, 9569861082, and 9569759680 and located at and around 2065 N. Main Street, from R-20 Low Density Residential and PCD, Planned Commercial Development to PRD-CZD, Planned Residential Development Conditional Zoning District for the construction of a multi-family development consisting of 282 apartment units on approximately 17.23 acres.
