Farm City Day Native Plant & Shrub Giveaway

Join the City of Hendersonville’s Tree Board for a native tree and shrub giveaway while learning about the benefits of trees and native landscaping. Tree Board members will be available to help you select the right tree or shrub for your property from a variety of native options large and small.

Started in 1955 as a collaboration between Henderson County Cooperative Extension and Kiwanis. Today, Farm City Day celebrates Henderson County’s rural traditions and introduces the urban population to some common farming activities from today and the past.
