The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a Conditional Zoning District from Ariel Regnier of Wade Trim, Inc. (engineer) on behalf of Sage Communities, LLC. (developer) and Gregory Albea (property owner) to rezone approximately 20.64 acres off of Old Sunset Hill Rd (PINs 9579-98-3527 & 9579-98-0375 & 9579-99-4115 & 9579-99-8724) from R-6, High Density Residential Zoning District to R-6, High Density Residential Zoning Districtto accommodate a newly proposed 66-lot subdivision consisting of single-family detached homes. 

As required, the project is subject to a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting (NCM) where the applicant, community members, and City staff can discuss the proposed development.

This Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting has been scheduled as follows:

Date: November 17, 2026
Time: 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. (meeting will conclude after 1.5 hours)
Location: City Hall - 2nd Floor Conference Room
Address: 160 6th Ave E

The meeting will focus on compatibility concerns only.
