The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a Conditional Zoning District from Shawn Sanes of SeamonWhiteside to rezone approximately 26.97 acres at Upward Road (PINs 9588-10-5167, 9587-29-1846, 9587-29-1592, 9587-29-6455) from Henderson County RC Regional Commercial to City of Hendersonville CHMU CZD, Commercial Highway Mixed Use Conditional Zoning District for the construction of a multi-family development containing 288 units.
As required, the project is subject to a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting (NCM) where the applicant, community members, and City staff can discuss the proposed development.
This Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting has been scheduled as follows:

Time: 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. (meeting will conclude after 1.5 hours)
