The City of Hendersonville partners with the parking app ParkMobile(opens in a new tab) to make metered parking a convenient and seamless experience.
The parking app is available for both iPhone and Android(opens in a new tab) devices. It also has a mobile website(opens in a new tab) for users who do not want to download the app.
- Download the ParkMobile(opens in a new tab) app in the App Store or Google Play
- Create an account
- Enter vehicle information
- Set up payment method
- Once registered, you may begin to use ParkMobile immediately to pay on-the-go!
To process a parking payment through ParkMobile, input the zone number indicated on the signage in City parking lots, select the required duration, and press the "Start Parking" button to initiate the session.

The free ParkMobile app provides a convenient solution for parking payments via your smartphone. Additionally, users have the option to extend their parking time through the app, eliminating the need to return to the kiosk for payment.
