Meet the Chef at the Market! This Saturday, the Hendersonville Farmers Market welcomes Executive Chef Nate Lewis of Caffe REL. Local to Western North Carolina, Chef Nate has six years of experience in upscale dining and trained under Caffe REL’s founder, Chef Richard Long. Carrying on Chef Long’s legacy of making fine food accessible to everyone, Chef Nate combines modern ideas with refined techniques. Don’t miss this opportunity to see him in action during our Meet the Chef cooking demo!
