After a long winter away, the wait is over! The Hendersonville Farmers Market presented by Pardee UNC Health Care returns this Saturday, May 2nd, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back to Maple Street.
There’s something special about that first market morning of the season—the familiar faces, the buzz of the crowd, and the return of your favorite vendors. Every Saturday you’ll find around 40 local vendors, bringing the best in fresh produce, meats, baked goods, flowers, artisan products, and more.
This year, we’re excited to launch something new alongside Opening Day—the very first Open House & Art Walk across the 7th Avenue District—Downtown’s Creative Edge.
Designed to celebrate both local artists and local businesses, this new event invites you to explore beyond your usual stops. From Maple Street to 7th Avenue, you’ll discover artists set up inside shops, along sidewalks, and throughout participating businesses, each location offering something unique.
Start at the Market Information Booth in front of the Historic Depot to pick up your Art Walk passport and guide, then head out to explore, shop, and connect across downtown's creative edge.

Hendersonville Farmers Market: Holiday Market – Saturday, December 6th!
We’re back this Saturday, December 6 from 9 AM–1 PM on Maple Street for our festive Holiday Market. Shop more than 40 vendors, enjoy seasonal goodies, and kick off your holiday shopping in the best local way.
This weekend also features the 7th Avenue Cookie Stroll from 10am to 2pm, with 14 participating businesses offering delicious holiday cookies as you explore the district. Guests can pick up their Cookie Stroll Passports at the Information Tent or at any participating business—just look for the balloons marking each location.
It’s the perfect weekend to celebrate, shop local, and enjoy a festive stroll through the 7th Avenue District!

Hendersonville Farmers Market: Thanksgiving Market – Saturday, November 22nd!
We’re back this Saturday, November 22 from 9 AM–1 PM on Maple Street with our first Holiday Market of the season! Shop 40+ vendors, grab festive goodies, and kick off your holiday shopping in the best local way.
7th Avenue Business Activities:
- Homemade Pasta Noodles will be hosting a Cookie Decorating Class during the November 22nd market from 11am-12:30pm, reservations at homemadepastanoodles.com.
- Santa will also be making a stop at Claywood from 12-2pm, with savory hand pies, creamy mac & cheese, holiday cookies and ‘Grinch Juice’.
