7th Ave. District Open House and Art Walk

7th Avenue District's Open House & Art Walk
This year, we’re excited to launch something new alongside Opening Day of the Hendersonville Farmers Market. The very first Open House & Art Walk across 7th Avenue District: Downtown’s Creative Edge.
Designed to celebrate both local artists and local businesses, this new event invites you to explore beyond your usual stops. From all over the 7th Avenue District, you’ll discover artists set up inside shops, along sidewalks, and throughout participating businesses, each location offering something unique.
Start at the Market Information Booth in front of the Historic Depot to pick up your Art Walk passport and guide, then head out to explore, shop, and connect across downtown's creative edge.
Throughout the morning, you’ll have the chance to meet and watch 12+ local artists creating live while visiting the businesses that make these districts so vibrant:
- Sheri Pannone – Jewelry making near the market entrance
- Phillip Hacker – Wheel throwing ceramics at Art Place Gallery parking lot
- Shannon Pagano – Painting and batik in the window at Mini Batch Cafe
- Irwin Weinberger – Plein air painting along Maple Street near Homemade Pasta Noodles and Tierney Floors
