The Hendersonville Police Department and the Henderson County Sherrif's Office are teaming up for National Night out 2026, bringing the community together for a special theme: The Greatest Night Out! Join us on Tuesday, October 6, 2025, from 4:00pm-7:00pm at the Walmart Garden Center, located at 250 Highlands Square Dr, for an evening of fun for the entire family and an opportunity to connect with local law enforcement.
Free Food and Fun for All Ages
Community members will see and interact with a variety of emergency equipment displays from the Hendersonville Police and Fire Departments, in combination with trucks from Hendersonville Public Works and Water & Sewer. Additional agencies serving Hendersonville and Henderson County will be there as well offering kids the opportunity to check out law enforcement and rescue vehicles and equipment.
Enjoy free food and Pelican’s SnoBalls, a bounce house, inflatable obstacle course, face painting, free raffle, games, prizes, and more! Don’t miss the chance to win prizes and be sure to visit the Ellaberry Farm Llamas, back by popular demand! Also stop by and visit local vendor booths and non-profits to learn more about local offerings to the community.
Strengthen Police-Community Partnerships
National Night Out is a national initiative that fosters and strengthens police-community partnerships. It encourages open dialogue, trust, and a sense of unity among residents and the officers that serve them.
