Ville to Ville Relay

Starts in Asheville, ends in Greenville. This will be 6^th year, 5^th year running through Hendersonville. Requesting a block closure on 8^th Ave between Locust and Maple Street. Only one business on the street. For runner safety for exchange, will allow space. Will coordinate with Melissa Justus on coordinating officers needed. Only one person is running at a given point, about 2000 people coming through.
