Downtown Design Overlay Committee

This committee will be reviewing proposed language for the creation of a newly formed zoning overlay district to be added to the CIty's Zoning Ordinance. This overlay district would pertain to design standards and other requirements for new construction within the downtown boundaries as established in the Downtown Master Plan. The meetings will take place at the City Operations Building Assembly Room (305 Williams St) following the Planning Board meeting.
